Solis Two Porsche Drive


This position will assist the Sales and Marketing Department for Solis Two Porsche Drive, with responsibilities to include website content management, content management tools, assistance with marketing communications (Public Relations and Collateral), provide administrative support and other tasks that arise within the Sales and Marketing Function.

Candidate Profile Requirements

  • BS required, preferably in Business, Hospitality, Communications or Marketing
  • Understanding of the Hospitality Industry, Four and Five Star Hotels
  • Understanding of Electronic Environment ( Websites, Distribution Channels, Social Media)
  • Team player, with strong communication skills – written and verbal; fast learner.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive
  • Strong customer service orientation essential; Takes initiative, anticipates needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instragram etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to hone a tone-of-voice per platform.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred, but not required.


  • Online Marketing and Website Content Management
  • Electronic Marketing Coordinator will be the gatekeeper of website content by becoming the expert of The Content Management System (Toolbox) and thus manage the website content for Solis Two Porsche Drive.
  • Assist with building landing pages and special offer pages to support marketing campaigns and to reinforce hotel USP's and execute communication plan to drive share from specific target/ niche markets.
  • Coordinate with hotel sales & marketing team and agencies to implement electronic marketing initiatives for the hotel.
  • Coordinate the use of the internal marketing channels to maximize campaign and message reach and impact (brand sites, email marketing, social media, special offer pages, etc.)
  • Assist the hotel with the writing and proof-reading creative for all online promotional offers and e-mails.
  • Manage and implement tracking tags as needed for hotels – including UTM tracking, vanity URLs, etc.
  • Organize rolling promotional marketing plans and schedules for each supported hotel.
  • Join agency calls and meetings to review roll-up reports as needed.

Marketing Communications

  • Assist with the development of hotel materials and collateral.
  • Assist Sales and Catering Managers as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Assist with the following items for either new hotels or takeovers:
    • Logos
    • Marketing Materials
    • Url's
    • Etc.
  • Management and Sourcing of Key Vendors for Marketing Communication Needs (Printers, Premiums, collateral, etc.)
  • Organization of Marketing Collateral both in Print and Electronically including FTP sites.


  • Respond to phones calls in a friendly, professional manner; with the ability to take messages, forward calls, answer requests, and assist with problem resolution
  • Assist the Accounting department with invoices and projects on an as needed basis
  • Manage individual calendars and schedules
  • Assist with travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels and car reservations, and travel documents, visas, etc. as required for staff domestic & international travel
  • Deliver complete document production that must be handled accurately and produced in a timely fashion
  • Preparation of expense reports for sales and catering team
  • Maintain company material and information in a confidential manner
  • Other projects as assigned
