The Executive Chef is extremely well trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of culinary arts.

Generally trained through recognized institutions specializing in culinary training or appropriate apprenticeship designed to impart a broad and comprehensive understanding of both traditional and innovative styles.

Should be able to apply this knowledge to the operations of the Resort in such a way as to enhance the high quality standards.

Responsible for staff understanding of brand standards, philosophy and specific position processes.

Ensures that all reports are properly certified and trained in their respective positions, and that all training and certification materials are up-to-date and maintained.
